 Rates,
Reservations and Cancellations:
A deposit of 50% of Tours and Hotels is required with Reservation. Balance to
be paid two weeks before start of Tour. In case of cancellation by clients,
deposit will be refunded, less 30% cancellation fee and any other expenses
incurred. Sama Tours reserved the right to change any route or itinerary and to
offer substitutes of equal value where necessary.
Accommodation & Transport:
The standard and quality of hotels will be arranged according to clients'
wish. Good quality transport will be provided by the
Company according to the route and number of Clients. Liability. Sama Tours (the
company) and its agents act only as the agent of the clients in all matters
(including Accommodation and Transport, where by land or sea), and shall not be
liable for delay, injury, loss or damage in any manner howsoever caused. Sama
Tours reserve the right to employ subcontractors to carry out all or part of the
service to be supplied, and in the event of exercise of such right the terms of
the clause relating to the company's liability shall apply.
